Storage
Heated storage for RVs, boats, trailers, and equipment
This is not a mini storage row. You own or rent a whole heated shop condo at 30th Ave NE and Hwy 2, Rugby, ND 58368, with your own overhead door, your own entry door, your own meter, and a bathroom. 4 units are open right now.

RVs and campers
A fifth wheel or Class A sits inside all winter above freezing, so the lines do not have to be blown out twice and the roof never carries three feet of snow. The 16-foot-tall door on the 40x40 and 40x60 units clears most rigs; the 18-foot door on the 60x100 clears the rest.
Boats and pontoons
Shrink wrap costs money every fall. A heated unit means you pull the cover off in May and go, and you can work on the motor in February if you want to.
Trailers and toy haulers
Snowmobile trailers, enclosed haulers, goosenecks. Drive straight in on a concrete approach instead of backing through a snowbank.
Collector cars and trucks
Floor heat, a floor drain, LED lighting, and a private entry door. No shared aisle and no one else with a key.
Farm equipment
Sprayers, drills, and headers out of the weather. The 60x100 units hold a full line with room to service it inside.
Business overflow
Seasonal inventory, tools, or a service truck you would rather not leave outside. The site is zoned for commercial and light industrial use, so you can work out of the unit too.

Dues are $150 / month. They cover the gravel road, snow removal, lawn care, water, sewer, and the association's insurance on the building exterior. You insure what is inside your unit. One thing to know: you can store and work in a unit, but you cannot live in one.
